What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our typical custom-order MOQ is approximately 300 units per product, depending on the item. The final MOQ is confirmed per product and project. Please contact us with your product and quantity requirements for a specific answer.
Can I order a mix of products to reach the MOQ?
MOQ requirements apply per SKU for custom orders. For standard wholesale orders, arrangements may differ. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Sampling
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support both OEM (manufacturing to your provided specifications and branding) and ODM (developing new products based on your design brief or reference samples). Contact us to discuss your project.
How long does sampling take?
Typical sample lead time is 16-20 working days, excluding shipping time. Complex designs or new tooling may require additional time. We will confirm the timeline when reviewing your project.
Can I request revisions to a sample?
Yes, the sample can be modified. Please let me know which parts you would like to change, and we can check whether the modifications will involve any additional cost or extra sample time.
Packaging & Labeling
Can you customize the packaging?
Yes. We support custom packaging including branded boxes, inserts, and labels. Packaging specifications and artwork requirements are confirmed during the order process.
Do you support Amazon FNSKU labeling?
Yes. We can apply FNSKU labels and prepare shipments according to Amazon FBA requirements. Please provide your FNSKU information when confirming your order.

What is the typical bulk production lead time?
Typical bulk production lead time is 25-35 working days after order confirmation and sample approval, depending on the product and quantity. Final lead times are confirmed per order.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are confirmed per order. Common arrangements include a deposit on order confirmation with the balance prior to shipment. Contact us to discuss your preferred terms.
What shipping terms are available?
We ship on EXW or FOB Ningbo terms as standard. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available on request, subject to confirmation. We can assist with freight forwarding introductions if needed.
