Your Design.
Our Build.
We support two types of custom projects: modifications to our existing product line, and original designs you bring to us from scratch. Whether you need a colour change or a full structural build from your drawings, we help you assess feasibility, select materials, and move from sample to bulk production.
Two Ways to Work With Us
We handle both types of custom development -- adapting what we already make, or building your original concept from the ground up.
Existing Product Modification
Start from our existing catalogue and customise to fit your brand. Adjust dimensions, materials, colours, or packaging. Faster to sample, lower development risk, and well-suited for brands entering a new category or buyers looking to differentiate.
- Select from our existing product structures
- Modify dimensions, materials, or colour palette
- Add your logo, labels, or branded packaging
- Shorter sample lead time vs. original design
- Suitable for MOQ ~300 units per SKU
Importers, wholesalers, and e-commerce sellers expanding their range or rebranding existing products.
Original Design Production
Bring your own drawings, reference samples, or design brief. We assess manufacturing feasibility, advise on structure and materials, build prototypes, and manage revisions until the sample matches your specification.
- Submit drawings, sketches, or reference samples
- Feasibility review and material recommendations
- Prototype build and structured revision rounds
- Full specification lock before bulk production
- IP and design confidentiality respected
Brands and product development companies with proprietary designs needing a manufacturing partner.
What We Actually Customise
A clear picture of the scope -- so you can assess whether your project fits before getting in touch.
Dimensions & Structure

Colour & Finish
Choose from available colour options or provide Pantone references. Surface finishes and fabric tones adjusted per project.

How a Project Moves Forward
A structured sequence from first contact to bulk production. Each stage has a clear input and output so both sides know where the project stands.
Initial Inquiry
You submit a project brief -- product type, reference images or drawings, target quantity, and any specific requirements. We review and confirm whether the project is within scope.
Feasibility Assessment
We evaluate structural feasibility, material options, and preliminary cost range. For ODM projects, we provide feedback on your drawings and flag any engineering considerations.
Specification Confirmation
We align on dimensions, materials, finishes, packaging, and labelling. A detailed product spec sheet is prepared and agreed before any sampling begins.
Sample Production
We build the first sample to the agreed specification. Typical lead time is 16-20 days. You review the sample and confirm or request revisions.
Sample Revision & Approval
Revisions are made based on your feedback. Once the sample is approved, the final spec is locked and used as the production reference.
Bulk Production & Delivery
Bulk production begins after deposit and spec confirmation. Typical lead time is 25-35 days. We handle QC, packaging, labelling, and arrange shipment per agreed trade terms.
What We Need From You
The more clearly you can describe your project, the faster we can give you a useful response. Here is what helps us evaluate a project at the first stage.
Information to Provide
For OEM Projects
- Which product(s) from our range
- Desired modifications (size, colour, material)
- Target quantity per SKU
- Packaging and labelling requirements
- Destination country and delivery preference
For ODM Projects
- Design drawings, sketches, or reference photos
- Target dimensions and structural notes
- Material preferences or restrictions
- Target cost range (if applicable)
- Intended market and certifications required
You do not need a complete brief to start. If you have a product idea but are unsure about feasibility or materials, send us what you have and we will let you know what additional information would help us move forward.

Where Your Project Starts
Three common entry points depending on where you are in the development process.
Product Development
You have a design concept, drawings, or a reference product. We assess feasibility, advise on materials and structure, and build a first prototype.
Sampling Service
Your specification is confirmed and you need a physical sample built. We produce to spec, ship for your review, and revise until approved.
Packaging & Labelling
Custom retail boxes, branded inner packaging, FNSKU labels, and drop-tested protective packing for Amazon FBA and retail distribution.
Start Your Custom Project
Tell us about your project. We review every inquiry and respond within 1-2 business days with an initial assessment.
What Happens Next
- 01 We review your inquiry and check project feasibility.
- 02 We respond within 1-2 business days with an initial assessment or follow-up questions.
- 03 If the project fits, we move to a detailed brief and quotation.
Typical Project Timelines
Sample lead times exclude shipping. Bulk lead times start from deposit receipt and spec confirmation.
Not ready to submit a full brief?
Send us a rough idea or reference image. We can help you figure out whether the project is feasible before you commit to a detailed spec.
That is what the inquiry form is for.
