Harbor Pet Products supports full packaging and labeling customization for importers, e-commerce sellers, and brand customers. From retail-ready color boxes to Amazon FNSKU labeling and instruction manuals, we coordinate all packaging requirements within your production order.
Available Packaging Options
We offer a range of packaging formats to match your product type, sales channel, and brand requirements. All options are confirmed per order.
Standard Brown Box
Corrugated carton with product label and basic inner protection. Suitable for wholesale and distribution.
Custom Color Box
Full-color printed retail box with your brand design. Suitable for e-commerce and retail shelf display.
Polybag with Header Card
Transparent polybag with a printed header card. Cost-effective for soft goods and accessories.
Gift Box / Premium Box
Rigid or magnetic closure gift box for premium product positioning. Available with foam or paper insert.
Hang Tag
Printed hang tag attached to the product. Includes brand logo, product name, and key specifications.
Drop-test Protective Packaging
Reinforced carton with internal cushioning. Designed to meet Amazon FBA drop-test and fragile product requirements.
Note Packaging type, dimensions, materials, and print specifications are confirmed for each product and order. Mixed packaging types within a single order are subject to minimum quantity requirements.
Brand Packaging, Logo & Instruction Manuals
All packaging and labeling is produced under your brand. Harbor's name does not appear on the product or packaging unless agreed. We support logo application, color matching, instruction manual printing, and private label packaging across all product types.

Logo Application
Logo printed, embossed, debossed, or applied via label on product surface or packaging.
Color Customization
Fabric, paint, and packaging colors matched to your brand palette. Pantone or RAL references preferred.
Instruction Manuals
Printed instruction sheets or booklets included in packaging. We accept your print-ready files or can arrange printing based on your content.
Brand Stickers & Labels
Custom stickers applied to product or packaging surface. Suitable for logos, safety marks, and compliance information.
Private Label Packaging
Packaging designed and printed under your brand name. All Harbor branding is removed from the product and packaging.
Product Labels & Amazon FNSKU
We apply product labels and barcodes as part of the production process. Label types, placement, and material are confirmed before production begins.
Amazon FNSKU Labels
We apply your FNSKU barcode labels to each unit before shipment. Labels are applied to the outer packaging surface as required by Amazon FBA.
EAN / UPC Barcodes
Standard retail barcodes printed on packaging or applied as a label. Suitable for retail shelf and distribution channels.
CE / Safety Marks
CE marking and other regulatory labels applied as required. Confirm applicable standards with your team before production.
Country of Origin Label
"Made in China" label applied to product or packaging. Required for most import markets and customs clearance.
Amazon FBA Label Requirements
FNSKU codes must be provided by your Amazon Seller Central account before production. Labels are applied to the outer packaging surface of each unit. Confirm label size (standard: 1" × 2") and placement with our team when submitting your order details.
Design File & Label Data Requirements
Provide the following files and data to confirm packaging and labeling before production. Incomplete files may delay the production schedule.
Brand & Logo Files
- Vector logo file (AI, EPS, or PDF preferred)
- Brand color codes (Pantone, CMYK, or HEX)
- Brand usage guidelines if available
Packaging Design Files
- Print-ready dieline file with bleed and safe zone marked
- High-resolution artwork at 300 dpi minimum
- Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
- Accepted formats: AI, PDF, PSD
Label & Barcode Data
- FNSKU codes provided by your Amazon Seller Central account
- EAN or UPC barcode numbers confirmed before production
- Label size and placement instructions
- Regulatory marks and compliance text confirmed in writing
Instruction Manual Content
- Final text content approved by your team
- Language versions confirmed before print
- Print-ready file preferred; content-only file accepted for simple layouts
If you do not have print-ready files, share your brand assets and content. We can advise on layout options or refer you to a suitable print supplier. Final artwork must be approved in writing before production.

Submit Requirements

Review & Confirm Specs
We review your files and confirm packaging dimensions, label placement, print specifications, and material options.
Sample or Proof Approval
A physical packaging sample or print proof is produced for your approval before bulk production begins.
Production & QC
Packaging and labeling are produced and checked against approved samples. Label application is verified before shipment.
Shipment Preparation
Products are packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to confirmed instructions. Packing list provided.
